Pistachio Coffee Einspänner

Ingredients
Coffee Base
- 1 double espresso
- No sugar needed
Pistachio Foam
- 1.5 tbsp Absolutely Nuts 20% Pistachio Cream
- 1.5 tbsp heavy cream
- 0.5 tbsp milk (any milk)
- Tiny pinch of salt (optional but recommended)
Instructions
1. Make the Coffee
- Brew a double espresso.
2. Make the Pistachio Cream Foam
In a small bowl or glass:
- Add
- 1.5 tbsp Absolutely Nuts pistachio cream
- 1.5 tbsp heavy cream
- 0.5 tbsp milk
- Pinch of salt
- Whisk for 20–25 seconds until glossy, thick, and pourable, not stiff.
- Texture: like melted soft ice cream.
- If too thick → add ½ tsp milk.
- If too thin → whisk 5–10 sec more.
3. Assemble
- Pour espresso into the cup (or over ice).
- Spoon/pour pistachio foam on top.
- Add crushed pistachios for garnish.
