Pistachio Coffee Einspänner

Ingredients

Coffee Base

  • 1 double espresso
  • No sugar needed

Pistachio Foam

  • 1.5 tbsp Absolutely Nuts 20% Pistachio Cream
  • 1.5 tbsp heavy cream
  • 0.5 tbsp milk (any milk)
  • Tiny pinch of salt (optional but recommended)


Instructions

1. Make the Coffee

  • Brew a double espresso.


2. Make the Pistachio Cream Foam

In a small bowl or glass:

  1. Add
    • 1.5 tbsp Absolutely Nuts pistachio cream
    • 1.5 tbsp heavy cream
    • 0.5 tbsp milk
    • Pinch of salt
  1. Whisk for 20–25 seconds until glossy, thick, and pourable, not stiff.
    • Texture: like melted soft ice cream.
    • If too thick add ½ tsp milk.
    • If too thin whisk 5–10 sec more.

3. Assemble

  • Pour espresso into the cup (or over ice).
  • Spoon/pour pistachio foam on top.
  • Add crushed pistachios for garnish.
