Pistachio Farming

Absolutely Nuts products begin on our family-owned farms, cultivated with care across four generations. Grown in a region renowned for producing some of the world’s most vibrant and nutrient-dense pistachios, our trees yield nuts that are naturally rich in healthy fats, deep green in color, and intensely flavorful. We harvest them using traditional techniques that preserve their purity, nutritional value, and the integrity of every single pistachio.

PROCESSING

Pistachio processing follows a six-phase routine designed to ensure maximum quality and hygiene. It begins with rigorous testing for pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. The pistachios then undergo fluorescence screening to detect any presence of aflatoxins. Cracking and sieving take place before the sorting stage, and finally, the processed kernels move to packaging. This minimal yet thorough process ensures the final product is 100% hygienic and of the highest possible quality.

Once the pistachio kernels are processed, only the finest are hand-selected and sent to Bronte, Italy — the renowned home of pistachio cream. There, we craft our signature cream using exclusively our own single-origin pistachios, ensuring unmatched quality and authenticity in every batch.
