Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order is delivered damaged or if items are missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the affected items.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement of the damaged product, or

A store credit or refund for the affected item(s).
We cannot issue replacements or credits for issues reported beyond this time frame or without photographic evidence.
