We’re a fourth generation of a Persian family that grew up around orchards, good food, and with pistachios basically running in our veins. Our story begins in Narj Abad, where our great-grandfather, Haj Hossein Rahmani, first planted the seeds for what would become our family’s legacy. A dedicated farmer with an unshakable love for his homeland, Haj Hossein spent his life cultivating pistachios in homeland. What began in small gardens more than a century ago has grown into a multigenerational commitment to excellence in Persian agriculture. For us, it’s not just food, it’s identity. Absolutely Nuts is our friendly invitation of you into our story. It’s how we share our heritage.

Persia gave us the world’s most expressive pistachios, Italy taught us how to turn them into something unforgettable. By combining Persian pistachios, like the prized Akbari and Ahmad Aghaei varieties, with Sicilian recipes from Bronte, we craft pistachio cream, and pistachio butter that reflect who we are: family-made, deeply rooted, and uncompromising in quality.
