Pistachio Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz half & half cream (dairy or non-dairy)
• 1 oz Absolutely Nuts 20% Pistachio Cream
• Ice
•  Crushed pistachios (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of cream (dairy or non-dairy), and 1 oz of 20% Absolutely Nuts Pistachio Cream to the shaker.
3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

Enjoy!

Optional: Garnish with crushed pistachios
